Who publishes Spokable

Spokable is hosted in the European Union, in Stockholm, by Fly.io, Inc., [ADDRESS], for the game’s servers, and by Supabase, Inc., [ADDRESS], for the database and storage.
The game
Spokable is a role-playing game you play by voice. A narrator, run by artificial intelligence models, tells you a story and answers what you say.
What the narrator says is written afresh in every game. It’s fiction: it may be inaccurate or unexpected, and it’s never advice. Don’t rely on what the game says for a real decision.
Your account
- Spokable is for people aged 15 and over.
- You create your account with an email address that is yours, and you keep access to it to yourself.
- You can delete your account at any time. What is then erased, and what is kept, is set out in the privacy policy.
Price and payment
Spokable is paid by the minute. A billed minute counts the time of your speech that was transcribed and the length of the narration generated for you, sentence by sentence: a sentence you cut off counts in full. Silence doesn’t count.

Right of withdrawal. The game is digital content supplied as soon as you start a game. By starting a paid game, you ask for it to begin at once and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the minutes played (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). [To adapt to the payment model: unused credits, for example, stay refundable for 14 days.]
What you agree not to do
- Use Spokable for anything illegal, or to threaten or harass anyone.
- Share a stretch that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Get around the game’s limits, reach another player’s data, or disrupt the service.
- Use the game in an automated way, or extract its content in bulk.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account, after warning you, except in an emergency.
What belongs to whom
The game, its stories, characters, voices and images belong to Spokable SAS or to their authors.
What you say while playing stays yours. You allow Spokable SAS to use it to run the game: to transcribe it, answer it, keep your games, and replay the stretches you share.
A stretch you share holds the game’s text and voices: you may share it for personal, non-commercial use. What you choose to share is your responsibility.
Availability and liability
We do our best for Spokable to be available and to work well, without being able to guarantee it at every moment: the game may stop for maintenance or an outage.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law guarantees you as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code).

What we keep, why, for how long and who can see it is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change, we tell you at least [30] days before the change applies. If you don’t accept it, you can delete your account before that date.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If we disagree, write to us first at [CONTACT EMAIL]. If we find no solution, you can turn to the consumer mediator free of charge: [MEDIATOR’S NAME AND DETAILS]. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction; as a consumer, you may also bring a claim before the court where you live.
